Terms of service
Plain English, because that’s the whole point. Last updated July 3, 2026.
What Cover Three is
A free app that ranks college football games by how watchable they are and sends optional alerts about close games. It’s for entertainment — deciding what to watch on Saturday.
What you agree to
- Use it like a person, not a bot. Don’t scrape, spam, attack, or try to break the service, and don’t abuse anonymous accounts to game the watching/skipping counters.
- One account is yours. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Don’t bet on our numbers. Watchability and chaos scores are entertainment, not gambling advice. We don’t publish betting information and our scores aren’t designed for wagering decisions.
What we promise (and don’t)
We work hard to keep scores, schedules, and alerts accurate and timely, but game data comes from third parties and sometimes it’s late or wrong. The service is provided as-is: we’re not liable if a score is off, an alert is missed, or the site is down during the fourth quarter (we’d be as upset as you). Team names and logos belong to their schools; we display them to identify the teams.
Ending things
You can stop using Cover Three anytime — see the privacy policyfor how data deletion works. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. If we ever shut down, we’ll give notice in the app.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we’ll announce it in the app before the change takes effect.
